The Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG) is the seller and distributor of Pepsi-Cola beverages, a 100-year-old, globally recognized consumer brand. PBG became a publicly traded company in March 1999 through
one of the largest initial public offerings in the history of the New York Stock Exchange.
